Common questions.
How many credits will a creation use?+
Your workspace shows a quote before you generate. Images, video, audio and 3D have model-specific prices; longer clips and larger upscales can cost more. Local image editing, moodboards and video editing do not spend generation credits.
What happens if a generation fails?+
Credits are reserved when a job starts and spent only after its output is stored. A confirmed provider rejection or failure releases that reservation. If a submission cannot be confirmed, it stays under review to prevent a duplicate charge.
Why is a model unavailable?+
Availability depends on the connected provider. Choose another available model or try later. An unavailable model cannot start a paid job or reserve your credits.
How does annual billing work?+
Annual plans are charged once for the year. The annual credit allocation is issued after confirmed payment. The price shown per month is the annual total divided by twelve, not a monthly charge.
Will my prompt survive login or checkout?+
Your prompt and settings are saved in this browser when you continue from the homepage or workspace. Reference images are stored locally for up to two hours. Use the same browser tab to return; clearing site storage removes the draft.
Where can I find my creations?+
Open the Library for your stored AI outputs. Downloads require the account that owns the creation. Browser editing exports are saved directly to your device.
Do you provide the official open-source desktop app?+
Artcraft.art is an independent browser service. Our desktop guide explains the official ArtCraft project and links directly to its releases. An Artcraft.art subscription applies to this browser service.
